Registration & Fees
Attendance is in person and capped at 520 delegates. Every presenting author must hold a paid registration by 5 September 2027 for their paper to appear in the final programme.

Student and early-career rates require proof of enrolment or a doctoral award dated within five years. Twenty fee waivers are available for delegates from low- and lower-middle-income countries; applications close 30 June 2027.

What registration includes
Access to all sessions and keynotes on the days registered, the digital proceedings, lunches and refreshments, the welcome reception on day one, and a seat at the gala dinner for full two-day registrations.

Payment and cancellation
Card, bank transfer and institutional purchase order. Cancellations before 5 September 2027 are refunded less a S$80 administrative fee; after that date registrations may be transferred to a colleague but not refunded.

A low-waste event
No printed programme, no lanyard plastics and no conference bag. Catering is plant-forward and regionally sourced, and the Forum publishes its measured footprint per delegate after each edition.
The Venue
1 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039593. Ten minutes on foot from Esplanade and Promenade MRT stations. A block of rooms is held at three nearby hotels until 15 September 2027 at the Forum rate. Invitation letters for visa applications are issued to registered delegates within five working days.
