How to Submit
Everything goes through the Forum submission system. You can start an abstract, save it and come back to it; nothing is sent to the committee until you submit.
01
Create an account
One account per presenting author, with your institutional email. It is also how you receive the reviewers' comments.
02
Prepare the file
PDF, 300–500 words, structured as context, methods, findings and implications. No names, affiliations or acknowledgements anywhere in the file.
03
Nominate a track
One of the six, plus up to three keywords. The committee may reassign your paper to another track, with your agreement.
04
Submit and wait
Three committee members read every abstract double-blind. Notification is on 4 June 2027, with anonymised comments.
